Follow Oppia's style guide to understand the report's format.
Collaborate with Oppia's researchers and writers to create the layouts.
The design should be engaging and informative for stakeholders and donors, while being fun and colorful to reflect Oppia Foundation's values to education.
Use Oppia’s asset library for images and graphics.
Create any maps, infographics, and icons to complete the report.
PROCESS
I love page design, there is something about fitting all the puzzle pieces together that is really fulfilling and can really bring life to a report.
The first step in the process was meeting with the project manager and the copywriter to gain a comprehensive understanding of the tone and energy that the report needed to convey.
By working on small sections of the document, I was able to effectively showcase the direction I was pursuing and gather valuable feedback from the team.
This collaborative process throughout the project ensured that everyone was “on the same page“ as it were.
